sail shade is partially installed but its not done right, need to fix it or redo it. drainage under central pergola house isn't good, building inspector said agi drain might be needed. Need to remove center floor boards and check underneath. Aircon is installed on the roof - 1 story - it leaks water into the gap between roof gutter and pergola from time to time, need to fix the leak. probably a person with a handyman-plumber skills will be suitable
