As pictures show, needing someone who can patch up an outside brick and wood wall where a pergola has bee removed and some outside light fitting/screw holes etc. Works itself are mainly confined to up top approximately 40 cm by 9mlong. Job is to patch all holes, fill gaps, sand and paint. No materials will be supplied. Gutter and eave line will be replaced separately as part of new pergola structure so not part of scope of task. Over the door you will note this appears to be a wood sheet which may need to be replaced as part of the patching works.
