Looking for someone handy to: 1. Replace 2 bedroom door handles with new lockable knobs (photos attached — new ones may need a small adjustment when fitting). 2. Looking for someone to install blinds (have purchased already) on our outdoor patio. Is on the second floor, see photos attached. 2 blinds required to be installed with old blinds taken down.

Replace an inoperative side winder spring mechanism of a block out blind, from a dual blind mount. Plus replace broken chain from same mechanism. It is mounted at second level internal window frame (atrium void) directly above ground floor window to balcony. Thus need an experienced person to replace the long broken chain and rectify the stuck block out blind of dual blind mount holder, so that it can be retracted/rolled up again. So for access, you will obviously need to bring own extendable tall ladders to reach top window frame from ground floor, which is approximately 5m high. Please refer attached photos for better understanding of job.
