1. Fix or replace an external door with mortise lock as per the photos attached. 2. Replace hinges to a cupboard door. The door currently has 4 hinges that needs to be replaced. The door is heavy, I want to add another two highes so a total of 6 hinges to be installed. I will provide the 6 new hinges. Photos attached.

I need a soft close mechanism fitted to a door. Please only experienced people who are familiar with installing soft close. Installation video is here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ffp6OvwqCc&ab_channel=DORMAUK I have the unit already. Its a Doorma TS 92 you can look it up to see what kind. It attaches externally. One piece screws on to the outside of the door and one pieces screws on to the top part of the door frame

Door frame is aluminium or steel so will need to drill a couple of holes into this before fixing it . The door is a fire rated solid core . If you have a few good quality screws that would be great .
