New letterbox needs installing in front garden

I have a pillar letterbox that needs to be installed in the ground. I have dug a hole and purchased quick set concrete - I need someone to fill the hole with concrete, drill a hole and bolt in the letterbox.

Assemble new parcel letterbox. Put in brand new location on lawn . Remove old old, typical small box on a stick part way behind a hedge. That will be easy but there is no room for a new box there.

New Zurich Parcel Fence/Brick Letterbox - Stainless Steel. Won’t fit into existing timber fence. Need a cement base built for the letter box to be fixed to possibly with some timber posts for support. Needs to fit with house appearance especially existing fencing. Have a new letterbox and post to replace one that was recently damaged. Hole is already dug though may need more work and the letterbox post set in concrete with a portion of the concrete above ground as a collar to be able to mow easily around the post. This is a pic of the old letterbox that was damaged which is now out of the ground. The new one is basically the same style. Budget around $150.00 but open to reasonable quotes.
