I just need someone to supply and assemble 2 x timber Lattices structures built around each of my two external air-conditioning units. It needs to cover all three sides (all sides except for the side connecting to the pipes) They are undercover but are subject to a lot of dirt and grass clippings that get into the system so I’m just looking at something that can limit the dirt/grass. It doesn’t need to look pretty at all, can be roughly assembled. I’ve attached some pics of what I am after (again doesn’t need to be neatly assembled or pretty)

We have a back brick fence that originally had a timber lattice extending it. This timber lattice was ripped down and now needs to be replaced. Posts and bottom rail are already in place but side and top framing required - wisteria vine will need to remain but can be trimmed if required Dimensions: 4m x 0.6m

I'd like a replacement paling and lattice (approx 500mm) topped fence in treated pine. Total approx dimensions length 4.75m x height 2.5m with wooden end-posts and centre post. The fence separates two properties and has been screened on the paling side but the slats will be removed prior to the works. All old wood including screening slats need to be disposed of. Both property owners are in agreement and will provide relevant access. Additional info: The photos show the paling side of the fence with the additional screening slats that will be removed before the job is done. The other two photos are from the railing side showing a significant growth of ficus on the back of the palings and the centre post. We will remove as much of this as possible before the job, or at the very least, separate the vine from its roots and excavate the root. You will also note that a drying-line post is installed near the centre post, but there is sufficient room between the two to replace the centre post footings.

Paint all lattice on front verandah inside and out and two panels down stairs inside and out. We have paint.

Quote to replace old lattice doors with something new as a pool filter screen. The frame is fairly solid, so could be kept, as doors are still workable, it's just the lattice on the inside of the door frames that is falling apart. New lattice slotted into existing frames could work. I have posted pics of frame etc. Any idea of how we can best achieve this?

Complete short term repair to wood lattice awning at height, reattach and replace a few slats, sand and oil. I have replacement slats sander etc. Expect a few hours work. Lattice is above awning so access needs to be from top of awning, I have large plywood sheets to work from.

You will require a saw or Chain Saw and whatever is required to cut down and remove vine and lattice to free it from rented property fence. It needs to be carted away it is all greens.
