Sliding Door is out of alignment at the top and bottom when closing. Both the glass door and the accompanying fly wire screen need adjusting. It operates smoothly, but I believe the rollers need replacing (20 years old). Current rollers do not seem to adjust by the screws at the bottom - Due date: Flexible

Sealant - around architraves and skirting and doors, probably a run of silicon in many areas including all around showers, shower base, especially round the skirtings in the toilets, across bench tops, vanities, vanity tops, tile splashbacks, around sink and tiles. 3. Re-Painting - the sill of the laundry door and the sill of the dining room sliding door. The architrave and window frame around the laundry trough, and the architrave and window frame at the kitchen need to be painted in a high-gloss paint.
