Looking for a handyman or experienced gyprocker to gyprock, flush and install cornices in two rooms. Room sizes: * 3900 x 5600 * 3900 x 2460 Existing walls are bare besser block. I already have enough gyprock sheets for the smaller bedroom, but happy for you to supply your own materials as well if preferred. Flexible with timing. Open to reasonable quotes.

Need a handyman to help with two small jobs: 1. Adjust front entry door hinges / alignment – door has slightly dropped over time and currently needs extra force to close and latch properly. Electronic lock installed. 2. Install garage door side seal. Looking for someone experienced with doors/hinges/locks. Need to be done before next weekend.

Seeking a professional plasterer who can undertake the following: 1. Supply,paint and install skirting piece to match current (as seen in photo). 2. Plaster the wall to patch holes from cavity left by wall mounted heater. 3. Paint both skirting and wall to match. Includes supplying small quantity of paint. 4. Optional if skilled. Patch the carpet in front, happy to take from a wardrobe. 5. Touch up other downlighting with the same paint where LEDs have been installed (as pictured). 5 total. I have accidentally walked into my sliding flyscreen door and knocked it out of its position/joint. I have also made a hole at the bottom of the door, in the mesh. I would need this both fixed. I have no understanding how much this would cost, so I have added a random price.

Need small textured render repair to front entry wall/corner of house. A pallet was accidentally knocked into the rendered corner near my front door, causing a section of the textured render/coating to chip away (see photo).
