We're a marketing agency finishing off a fit out of our Thebarton office and need two pieces installed properly. Should be approximately a half-day job for someone who knows what they're doing. Job 1 — Hero wallpaper (peel & stick) - Approx. 2m x 2m feature wall. - Self-adhesive / peel-and-stick panels, supplied by us and already on site. - Wall is painted plasterboard. - Wallpaper needs to be trimmed clean at edges, no bubbles, and panels aligned. - This is the wall behind our filming space so it's the first thing clients see. Finish matters more than speed. - Small wall prep required (light sand, clean down, patch any small holes). Job 2 — Printed banner, wall mounted - Approx. 7m x 1 m, printed on material canvas. - To be mounted flush using standoffs / hidden fixings (ie, heavy duty wall hooks). - we want a clean, premium finish with no large rails or brackets used. - You supply the mounting hardware (standoffs, anchors, fixings appropriate to the wall). - Include the hardware cost in your quote or invoice it separately, whatever's easier. - Must be dead level and centred — happy to mark up the position with you on the day. WHAT WE SUPPLY - Both printed pieces (wallpaper panels + banner), on site and ready to go. - Power, ladder access, clear floor space. - Someone on site the whole time to confirm placement before anything is fixed. I need these pictures hung in the photos below. Where the pictures are sitting in the photos provided the wall directly above them is where I need them hung. The photos are beside the fridge and two are in the bathroom cupboard. Also I am away not at the property I just tried out new cleaners please ensure the guests have linen out and everything is neat and tidy ready for guests to check in. Hang shelf and install 2 plug-in wall lights I'm looking for someone to help with a couple of small handyman jobs: * Hang 1 shelf securely onto a double brick wall. * Install 2 wall-mounted plug-in lights. These are plug-in lights only, so no electrical wiring or electrical work is required - they just need to be mounted to the wall. (Double bricked wall) You'll need to bring the appropriate tools and fixings suitable for a double brick wall to ensure everything is mounted securely. Please let me know your experience with mounting shelves and fixtures into brick walls, and when you're available.

TV cabinet has been assembled 95% of the way but something has potenitally gone wrong at some stage and cannot work out how to fir the drawer.

Hang framed picture on a wall that is a mixture of masonry and plasterboard. I have tried but my drill won’t go into the masonry behind the plasterboard. I have two types of anchors - see pictures.
