Storms have caused roof damage last night to corrugated iron and leaking - I need someone to go up through manhole inside roof and - assess how much of the insulation is wet and remove it. I think it will be minimum 1 and possibly 3 hours. You will need to move carefully inside roof and probably take up a few boards to give you additional platforms inside roof to move on. I can dispose of insulation. Bring tarpaulin and at least a 3 m ladder. Please in quoting - let me know your availability - WHEN you can do this. Also if you have an hourly rate what that is. My preference is early tomorrow (Sunday) but Saturday afternoon is also possible. Please confirm you have a ladder and can bring some timber to use as platform on the rafters to move inside the roof. thanks

I need someone to polish a stainless steel balcony and 2 x gates. The balcony is approximately 8m long. Each 1m panel has 14 vertical, square struts. The job will take you at least 6 hours and I’m happy for you to do it in two sessions. Payment will be released at the end of the entire job. As long as you’ve worked hard I will pay for any additional hours needed. You must be able to come early in the morning before the wind picks up and before you are in full sun. You must be able to commit to times and days as I need to be home to give you access to the balcony. It’s not a hard job, just monotonous so bring some music. Also good for you to bring something to kneel on. I will supply all polish and rags.
