Fix one wall crack with plaster

May involve concrete grinding to level the pavement at the expansion joint and tiles redone and replaced involving an area of about a sq meter or so. A 15mm lift was from an offending tree roots which the tree has been removed.

Three different tasks. The rear sliding door locking mechanism is loose and needs tightening. The front security door slowing device has come off. Perhaps missing a small piece which holds it on. The kitchen sink tap is loose.

Kitchen sink is leaking from plug hole. We have tried to silicone, and still leaking. This is a short term rental property, so owner will not be there. Can organise for someone to meet you there

I need 2 x 45cm ikea floating picture shelves fixed to our plastered wall. Will require wall mounts and screws to be supplied by the trade as there are no clear wall studs.

I have an E bike that works a charm, but a pedal has fallen off and for the life of me I can’t get it to screw back in. I don’t know if I’ve messed up the threading on the pedal or the receiving end but it’s either impossible to fix or very easy fix but I would love for someone who knows what they’re doing to help try!

A door on my BBQ cabinet blew off from strong winds, it needs to be reattached. Plus the aluminium cover/shell on the door has detached and needs to be silicon/glued back.

We have some minor damage on a wooden door frame that needs wood filling and paint to patch up. In addition some minor tearing to roll down blinds that need tape patching.

I had removalists yesterday and they knocked over one of my timber candleabras and broke it. The top piece fits perfectly and needs to be glued with timber glue and the middle has cracked and is unstable and would need to be glued as well. I would also like the middle be touched up with gold and black paint. It should take very long but I just don’t have the equipment to fix it and I’m moving out and need it fixed as soon as possible as it is unstable.

I’m looking for someone who can complete the following tasks around my house: -paint around the fireplace where there was water damage (we have the paint) -fix seal at the bottom of shower door, or provide and install a new one -re-glue piece on vanity that has come off -remove mirror that’s been attached to the wall -remove photo from wall that has a fixture that was drilled in

Remove window frame. Replace rotten timber along the bottom of the window frame, paint and reinstall window. This job would suit an experienced handyman or carpenter. Matching paint would be provided.
