Need a handyman with a drill and screw inserts to assemble a cat exercise wheel (about 110 cm). Several factory holes are misaligned. Tasks include: Drilling through 2 misaligned existing holes Drilling 1 new hole for a missing nut/insert Drilling any additional holes required if misalignments appear during assembly Supplying and installing approx. 26 screw inserts/anchors Assembling the entire wheel using a YouTube guide (instructions are incomplete) Materials to bring: drill, appropriate bits, screwdriver, and screw inserts. One was unsafely installed by previous electrician and needs fixing. This one the electrician cut the ceiling joist with an angle grinder. The other ceiling fan needs replacement from water damage. This one will be replaced by the one unsafely installed. The joist for this one was correctly installed and the model is identical so should just work but needs wiring checked because of water damage. The roof has been fixed so no more risk of water damage (fan with light off in pics) I will need the working light (unsafe) to be moved to the location of the water damaged light. The brand new light will replace the one that was unsafely installed. The roof is angled and light fixture is 270cm from floor

The plastic cogs in the roller blind are broken and the blind is stiff to pull. There are two blinds - an outer and inner. It is the inner blind in our second bedroom that is stiff to pull due to the broken cogs in the roller section.

Fix one wall crack with plaster

May involve concrete grinding to level the pavement at the expansion joint and tiles redone and replaced involving an area of about a sq meter or so. A 15mm lift was from an offending tree roots which the tree has been removed.

A door on my BBQ cabinet blew off from strong winds, it needs to be reattached. Plus the aluminium cover/shell on the door has detached and needs to be silicon/glued back.

We have some minor damage on a wooden door frame that needs wood filling and paint to patch up. In addition some minor tearing to roll down blinds that need tape patching.

I had removalists yesterday and they knocked over one of my timber candleabras and broke it. The top piece fits perfectly and needs to be glued with timber glue and the middle has cracked and is unstable and would need to be glued as well. I would also like the middle be touched up with gold and black paint. It should take very long but I just don’t have the equipment to fix it and I’m moving out and need it fixed as soon as possible as it is unstable.
