GYPROCK / PLASTERBOARD – CABIN INTERIOR RENOVATION I am looking for an experienced plasterer/gyprocker to renovate the interior of a cabin in Hervey Bay. Work required: Remove all existing timber-look wall lining. Prepare the walls for new plasterboard. Supply and install new gyprock/plasterboard to all interior walls. Set, stop and sand all plasterboard, leaving it smooth and ready for painting. Neatly finish around windows, doors and other openings. Remove and dispose of the old wall and ceiling lining. Photos attached. This area will be empty with the furniture removed.

I need a Gyprocker/Plasterer to attend and repair a damaged section of the ceiling due to installation. Repair damaged ceiling, replace the damaged section if needed, patch and sand the area, and paint, and clean up after the job.

Looking for an experienced plasterer / gyprocker to complete resheeting, patching and finishing at a renovation property. ALL MATERIALS SUPPLIED. From the scope, I expect the job should take approximately 3 to 4 full working days for an experienced person. I’ll explain exactly what is required in each area: Ensuite, main bathroom and separate toilet: Resheet all open wall sections. Ceiling edges need to be square set with a clean 90 degree finish because the walls will be tiled all the way to the ceiling. Wall joints only need to be treated sufficiently for waterproofing and tiling. They do not need to be fully sanded or finished paint ready. Laundry: Resheet the open wall sections and treat the joints. Only the visible sections need to be properly plastered, sanded and finished paint ready. Most of the wall will be covered by cabinetry and splashback. The lower section around the washing machine space may remain visible, so that area needs to be finished neatly. Kitchen: Remove the remaining damaged section where the old tiles were and resheet it. Repair the open ceiling section. Most kitchen walls will be covered by cabinetry, splashback and bulkhead, so they do not require a full paint ready finish. The new fridge area needs to be properly sheeted, plastered and finished neatly because it will remain visible. (I’m moving the rangehood and stove further to the left and using the existing rangehood area to create the new fridge space). Bedroom wardrobe: The new wardrobe framing needs to be sheeted, plastered, sanded and finished paint ready. Cornice around the wardrobe area also needs to be reinstated to match the existing bedroom cornice. All sheets and materials are already on site, and I am happy to supply anything else required. Budget approximately $2,500 to $3000 depending on experience, timeframe and whether an invoice is provided.

The job includes resheeting sections of the bathroom, ensuite, laundry and kitchen, plus some ceiling and wall patches and a newly framed bedroom wardrobe. Most of the bathroom and ensuite walls will be fully tiled, so they only need to be properly sheeted, joints treated and left ready for waterproofing/tiling. They do not need to be sanded to a paint ready finish. The laundry and most of the kitchen will also be covered by cabinetry, stone, glass splashback or tiles, so those areas mainly need to be properly sheeted and made flat and ready for the next trade. The bedroom wardrobe framing, visible ceiling repairs, fridge area and any other exposed sections will need to be properly plastered and finished ready for paint. There are also a couple of areas where cornice may need to be installed/reinstated. I will supply the Gyprock, Villaboard and cornice, base and top coat, collated screws, jointing tape…Please let me know what other materials you require and I can have them ready. Looking for someone experienced who can ideally complete the work within approximately 3 to 4 working days.

Need someone to help me sheet some internal walls and ceiling with gyprock (sheetrock). Standard size 1200x2400. A fair amount to do so ideally agree on a daily rate for 8 hours and get through as much as you can in that time. I can help with lifting wall pieces as needed. Also have a third person that can lift for ceilings if needed. All materials on site already, just need to bring yourself and any tools you need for the job.

I need three curtains rails installed in bedrooms, The bedrooms are gyprock on brick/masonry. They should have proper anchors and a level finish. Happy to post pictures if needed.
