We have a 3 x 3m ceiling. The gyprock that has been added is a bit fluffy and needs to be smoothed with a hand held electric sander. We have the sander, we just need somone to sand it. Hopefully this morning, so we can start painting.

Hi, I need to reinstall a plaster cornice above a bathroom window. The previous installer did not secure it properly (insufficient adhesive and poor nailing into framing), so the cornice has come loose and fallen down.
