Work includes: Finishing and smoothing existing gyprock joints Fixing any imperfections or gaps Preparing walls ready for painting This is a small job, not a full house. Looking for an experienced plasterer/gyprocker for a bathroom renovation. The bathroom is being converted into a full wet bathroom. Works include removing the existing ceiling cornice/coving in the bathroom only, keeping the ceiling in place, and patching and making good the ceiling edge after removal. Existing wall linings will be removed as required and all bathroom walls will be re-sheeted in Villaboard (fibre cement), then set and finished square and true ready for waterproofing and floor-to-ceiling tiling by others. There may also be a wall in the living area that needs to be re-sheeted in standard gyprock after demolition. The final extent of this will be confirmed once demo is complete, and I can provide dimensions and photos at that stage to finalise pricing. All works will be carried out after plumbing and electrical rough-ins are completed. No waterproofing or tiling is required as this is being done by another contractor. Wet-area experience is required and work must be suitable for waterproofing compliance. Owner is available onsite for access and walkthrough.

Patching and repair of gyprock in living room where split system air con was removed and repair in bedroom where curtain rod was pulled out by accident. Photos show an up close and distant of damage in the living room.

Renovating a small bathroom and getting it ripped out. Will need to replace 7m2 of villaboard/gyprock sheet in the shower. Also would need to cut out a niche. The job is for fixing Gyprock holes, paint rips and scuffs for and end of lease bond clean. Experienced plasterer preffered as end result is important for bond release. - had 3 wall mounted TV's - paint rips from 3m tabs as painters never used base coat. - I've repaired crudely a couple already but used gloss, now have he right paint. - a couple of holes from moving and just general clumsiness I don't believe this to be a big job and an experienced plasterer would no doubt knock this over unfortunately although I was aiming to do this myself we are becoming short on time and require the extra help. Repair ceiling gyprock and paint

I have 2 areas in my house were gyprock have been cut out for a water leak we had that need to be filled with gyprock and patched again

Water leak caused partial ceiling collapse. Leak fixed, hole remains. Approximately 2500 x 700, straight set. Friday would be good.

Bring tools to drill acrylic reception sign behind the reception desk. Centred on the gyprock wall behind the desk. Wont take long at all.

Repair 3 gyprock holes, repair long but narrow plaster cracks in wall corners

I am doing some renovations at my little unit (55sqm), I am looking for someone reliable to do various tasks: - Build a wooden frame for two closets (one opening from the bedroom and the other one from the living room) - Gyprock and fibre cement sheets, possibly plastering too - Bathroom hob and shower screen. - Benchtop to accomodate the washing machine and the sink. - Kitchen benchtop (L shape) - Door frames - Might need to relocate some electricity plugs and sockets As there are various things to be done, I believe it's like a 2 week work. Need a repair done on our garage ceiling. Replace gyprock on ceiling, plastered and sanded. The damaged area is approximately 500mm x 500mm. I'll do the painting afterwards.
