I recently had gyprock/plaster repair completed, but the finish is not acceptable. The wall shows visible joints, uneven patches and poor blending under light. I need an experienced plasterer / gyprock finisher to: * Inspect existing gyprock work * Re-skim or re-set joints where required * Fix uneven plaster areas * Sand and smooth wall properly * Paint the surface

Kitchen completely( ignore the pay amount that will be discussed further) dismantled clean shell needs two small ceiling spaces and some around the edge for the wall to cover brick work. Absolutely clean slate. Need a qualified plasterer if possible but sone one who can just get in and do it without fluffing around. Gyprock is here supplied its here. At this stsge its pretty urgent as on deadline but it could change - I wont stuff you around if I give you the job the job is yours as discussed in a bit more detail. Pay be sorted out so dont factor the amount its just to get through the ad The factor- our builder has been pretty crook and we just not sure on recovery coming back. This would be the reason the job is not allocated.

The previous installer did not secure it properly (insufficient adhesive and poor nailing into framing), so the cornice has come loose and fallen down. Scope of work: • Reinstall plaster (gyprock) cornice securely • Use proper cornice cement/adhesive • Ensure strong fixing into framing • Tidy up joins and finish smoothly • No painting required The original piece is available and can be reused if suitable, otherwise I can purchase a new one if recommended.
