I need my treadmill belt fixed. Treadmill and belt in good condition but belt has twisted.

We have a 3m x 4m storage room that has besser brick walls and concrete floor and ceiling. We are wanting the walls and ceiling sealed and painted to make them look nice. There are some gaps in the walls where the ceiling joins that will need to be filled. The floor is concrete and we are also looking for an epoxy finish. Thanks
