Sand and skim coat an existing plaster repair to the downstairs wall. Sand approximately 1 m × 1 m of existing hardwood timber flooring and apply a suitable stain or coating matched as closely as practicable to the surrounding floor finish. Include all labour, materials, surface protection and waste removal. No full-wall painting is required.

Hi, my kitchen sink is partially blocked and draining very slowly since 2 weeks ago. After pouring approximately 3 litres of water into the sink, the drainage becomes extremely slow and water starts to back up. I’m looking for someone with the proper tools to physically clear the blockage and restore normal drainage.
