I removed acoustic panels that were attached with adhesive strips and some paint/plasterboard paper came off with them. The wall has already been patched with filler, however the surface is still uneven and visible after painting. Need to have old house sign cleanly removed and new house sign installed in place of old sign. I already have the new sign, just needs to be installed. The screws holding in the old sign appear to be stuck so need to be dislodged accordingly. The old house sign is glued to the surface so needs to be dislodged as well. Hi, my kitchen sink is partially blocked and draining very slowly since 2 weeks ago. After pouring approximately 3 litres of water into the sink, the drainage becomes extremely slow and water starts to back up. Internal door lock stile is split and broken around the tubular latch/mortice latch pocket. Door jamb/strike plate area also damaged. Need carpenter/handyman to repair damaged door edge, possibly splice in new timber or reinforce latch area, refit latch/handle and strike plate so door closes properly.

GDO-6v3 EasyRoller garage door malfunction. Door only opens half way before it stops and status light flashes yellow. Door can be operated fine manually so there’s no issue with the door itself. Photo shows how far it can open before it malfunctions

Need a handy man that has a drill with all the pieces and a tall ladder 🪜 to help remove some temporary cat netting and dog fence that we installed. House being sold by the owner and they have people coming to look today and I just realised I have to take these off fast but I only have the very basic screwdriver 🪛 attachments for my drill. Have attached some photos of the screw bit for what they look like but it’s too dark to get ones of the cat net area but I believe they’re the same. Will need a tall ladder as it’s attached to guttering.
