I need a reliable handyman for a series of maintenance tasks at a unit in Glenroy. The unit will be available on 20/01 (Tuesday), so I am looking to finalise a quote and book someone to complete the work on the day or shortly after. The Task List: Bathroom Fixtures: Two toilet roll holders are loose (Ground Floor Ensuite & 1st Floor Bathroom). Requirement: Do not just tighten the screws; you must remove them and reinstall them using heavy-duty hollow-wall anchors (toggles) to ensure they are secure for a rental property. Shower Resealing: Strip out the old, failing silicone in the ground-floor ensuite shower screen (corner joint) and reseal using high-quality anti-fungal wet-area silicone. Balcony Restoration: The metal balustrade has some surface rust. Requirement: Wire-brush the corrosion, apply a rust-converter primer, and repaint with a matching exterior metal paint (matching current colour). Backyard Decking: Remove old, rotting timber deck tiles and replace them with new Composite (WPC) click-together tiles. I am planning to have the materials ready, or we can discuss you supplying them.

Hey guys, I am needing labour to build pallet racking frames. You will be required to lift 2x columns onto an assembly bench, space out bracing for frame, put the bolts in and then tighten them up with 18v handheld rattle guns(provided), when build stack each frame to the side (2m away on other side of bench). Very straight forward work, start 7am-3pm. 15min break at 10am and 30min lunch at 12:30pm. All you need to bring is an attitude to work efficiently, work boots(no need for steel caps) and gloves(if you want them, your choice).
