Our front loader washing machine is leaking. It may need a seal check. We’ve got a small leak coming from the front door that trickles out during the cycle and currently a wrench holding the back together because the hose slipped off. We suspect it may have been damaged in our move by the removalist who hooked it up, but needing a professional to confirm what’s needed.

1. Patch and paint spots on the walls including some whole walls will require painting as the walls got plenty of makes/dents and scafe makes on it. 2. - The front door handle and lock is almost coming off its hinges and needs to be either fixed or replaced. - There is a kitchen shelf which has a large stain on the upper part of the shelf. Needs to be replaced and installed correctly. - Two shelves in the pantry cupboard which contain a number of scratches and marks which needs to be replaced. - Two bedrooms which contain a number of dark patches on the walls and stains/marks on and near the window sills that need to be fixed. Sugar soap was initially used to try and clean the marks but they are still distinctly noticeable. If the marks, stains cannot be fixed, I would like a quote for repainting of those areas. Can you provide me with a detailed written quote for the following issues, with prices against each task and gst fully included.
