Chandelier has already been installed and wired but needs to be rewired by electrician who is qualified to a separate switch that doesn't turn on all the other lights in the kitchen. Double story house, chandelier located downstairs. Was added a few months ago by a tradesman not qualified as electrician, wired to switch that turns on all kitchen lights. The matching trim is still present on the adjacent side( circled in green). need the missing section supplied, installe. Please inspect the area and advise if any additional repairs are required. Also in the photo with a single red circle, I would like the crack to be patched. In the last photo the section marked in blue appears to allow water ingress during heavy rain. I’ve noticed water seeping through this area, which may have caused the discolouration in the area marked in red. The second last photo shows the same area (yellow section from the first photo), but taken from the first floor. In this section, there appears to be a gap in the blue area where water may be entering.
