The problem is loose legs and failed joints — the chairs feel unstable and we’re concerned they may collapse when someone sits on them. Fix locks to 2 side gates (they are heavy so keep going out of alignment. Need to know what doing as already done twice). Lower bed head that is screwed and glued on. Hang curtains to 1 sliding door and 2 small bedrooms, add strip to waterproof door jam in shed + add window tint to the 4 small Perspex windows, small patches to walls, trim 2 tall trees. Extra job: clean the poly on the roof. Apparently can’t be pressure washed
