Adjust the hinges (e.g., packing/shimming or bending) to pull the top corner closer to the frame. Supply and install an appropriate low-profile seal (like a V-strip or compression seal) that fills the gap but still allows the door to latch easily. Adjust the strike plate or flush bolts if necessary to ensure a tight, secure close. Please bring your own tools and any necessary hinge shims. My dog decided to eat half of the house while he was a puppy and now it’s time to get it fixed 🐶 Repairs mainly include door frame and door replacements, as well as skirting board repairs. Anticipate approx 3 doors will require complete replacement. The price listed is just a rough estimation, we can always negotiate once viewed in person. 1st door Garage exit door to the backyard does not close as the door is lower than the latch. 2nd door Top half of the front door hits the frame which makes it difficult to shut, and requires force to close.
