The door is 320x217 cm. I will need it removed and disposed of. The door is broken (it often swings open in strong winds, and is stiff and difficult to close again). I can park my car somewhere else and temporarily remove the baby gates to help clear out room for the removal job.

This garage door has no motor and it is very hard to open and close manually. It likely needs a service and re-tensioning.

Tenant reported when they were trying to close the garage it did not close fully , it only closed half way. So they had to manually close it. Maybe programming issue or something. Could someone please advise what could be the issue and how much it will cost to fix the issue?

I have bought Orion smart garage door controlar that need installation.

Eco garage door. Need it serviced.

The garage door remote suddenly stops working although I replaced new battery. The device on garage sealing is working so I can open and close the door by pressing confirm button. Just the remote is not configuring although I tried few ways via online videos but no luck. I have posted its pics. The red button is labelled 'Learn' and the green button is labelled 'Confirm'.

Garage door is stuck. Seems like chain and motor is trying to do its job but the door is stuck. Needs repair. Not too sure what may be the issue. Currently i can open and close it manually with the string.
