The bottom of 2 wooden window frames are rotted due to rain water. I want someone to fix the issue by replacing the bottom part of the frames. The photos show the hole when I thought I could remove the rotted part and fill it but the hole is much bigger than I thought, so want to replace the bottom strips.

The chain on my electric garage door has snapped. It may just need to be reconnected, or possibly replaced if it can’t be fixed. The entire window frame of the garage needs replacement. Where the bottom rail has rotted, the glass has fallen down & the old putty must be removed. All bottom rail has rotted away. All quad is rotten. Water is getting in & must be sealed on top of the window. It must be sealed with silicone then painted afterward.
