Looking for someone experienced with Centurion garage door openers to carry out a general service/maintenance. The garage door occasionally gets stuck while closing and reverses back up. If I press the button again, it usually closes normally the second time. I’d like this issue checked as part of the service. Ideally looking for a standard annual garage door service, including inspection, adjustment, lubrication and safety checks, and fixing the intermittent issue if possible. Please let me know your service fee and what is included. If any parts or additional repairs are required, please advise before proceeding.

My garage door has stopped working and appears to have come off its track on one side. The bottom roller on one side has come out of the track, and the door is misaligned. Garage door not rolling down

My tv aerial is about to fall off, needs re screwing / moving. My garage door frame has come off one side, requires screw/ fix. Thanks

Single Garge Door. Cables came off pulley wheels when ladder caused obstruction. Setting nuts released to untangle cables and allow door to shut. Cable on one side has some kinks. So need cables replacing and tension coil reset.

Garage door issue -should normally open with a single press of the button, now requires holding the button down for a long time, and the control panel light keeps flashing. Additionally, the gate occasionally fails to operate altogether, working only intermittently.

The chain on my electric garage door has snapped. It may just need to be reconnected, or possibly replaced if it can’t be fixed. The chain is made up of many small links that require special tools to reconnect. Right now the remote doesn’t work and I can’t open the door manually because the broken chain is stuck and blocking it. Looking for someone with the right tools and experience to repair or replace the chain and get the door working again.

The garage door is tilted and cannot be opened or closed.
