Garage door motor needs either fixing or replacement

Simple garage electric garage door has always worked and is now only coming down about a third of the way, it then seems to get stuck and it then goes back up. It’s been manually closed for now

Need our garage door repaired / likely the motor replaced. Its a tile door and the unit that powers it would be at least 20 years old and has had some slippage and now does not work. Looking for a reasonably priced replacement unit to get things working again

My building wants to charge a fortune for me to use their contracted garage door people who have put some sort of code on the door but surely you can get around it if I supply a brand new remote to you. My remote is a PTX-6V1 and I need you to pair it to an Axess Pro 1505.

Automated remote-controlled garage roller door sometimes ‘changes its mind’ when closing - gets to 80% closed then abruptly starts opening itself again until fully open, and stays open. Doesn’t happen every time, but does happen regularly - at least once a day. Motor is a Sprint 1200SD; remote is ZT-07. I’ve tried checking for external obstructions (plants, leaves…) but the issue persists. Rang company that installed it for the previous owner, but they’re on holiday until 20 January.
