Install a wall lamp into masonry wall and drill a hole into the wall to hang a picture. Install some door knobs on a cupboard.

I would like to have my internal door knob removed however screw head is broken. I would like this removed with no damage to door if possible, so I can install a new door knob. Top screw in photo below is the one that I can’t remove. Bottom one is fine.
