I need the 3 passage door knobs changed and 1 outdoor tap changed due to leaking

Upstairs on the second floor in the back bedroom, the door that leads to the balcony has a faulty doorknob. The latch is not engaging or releasing properly, so the door cannot be opened. This will need to be repaired so the door can open normally. Additionally, on the ground floor bathroom next to the kitchen, the door handle has fallen off and appears to have snapped. The handle will need to be replaced.

Our internal wooden door is currently jammed shut due to a faulty door knob/handle (see photo attached). The knob appears loose/misaligned and the latch isn’t engaging properly, so the door won’t open. We need this fixed ASAP. Hi. Looking for a locksmith to open the jammed door knob to main wooden entrance door of the house. The net door is locked so can't access the wooden door from outside. The door knob has keys jammed and so it won't turn fully to unlock. Needs to be unjammed so lock can function normally with keys again.

I have 3 x 1m, 1 x 50cm x 1x 20cm Acrylic shelves to hang. 3 need to be installed in bathroom so need correct drill bit for tiles.
