Hi there: • Require removal of two standard (2040mm X 820mm; thickness of 40mm) wooden external doors - front entrance and back entrance. Removal of security door from front. (please see photos attached). • Require Installation of two new wooden doors. • New doors supplied (please see photos attached). They are being varnished, to be completed by Monday 24 Apr 23. • The frames and doors are standard, but I understand that in each case there is likely to be a need for some minor trimming off the door/side jams due to slight variations in dimensions. • In addition, I require minor patching/plastering - eg: where the current deadbolts are removed and to ensure that the side jam and sill are even - so I can paint later. • Hinges are supplied (please see photos of hinges and two locks – Samsung Smart Door Lock - SHP-DP609 - for front door. Lockwood Assa Abloy Mechanical Entry Lockset (NXV12/1L3MBK) – for back door). • Require installation of the two locks. • Ideally, I am after an ‘all-in-one’ service and price (doors and locks), but I understand that installing the Samsung smartlock may require specialist professional installation, If possible, I would appreciate if you could please highlight in your offer, how much is allocated for installation of locks (if any), such that I can arrange for a separate installation as needed. • I would prefer the job done Monday 24 April or Tuesday 25 April, however any mutually convenient time from Monday – Sunday next week (24 – 30 April 23) would be great.
