Cuetain rod falling off. Needs 4 holes fixed

I need to hang some curtains in my apartment on two bedrooms. Bring a portable ladder and a drill. Need to take the elevator so ladder should be portable enough.

I’m trying to install brackets for the curtain rod but they pop out when I put the rod onto the brackets. See picture attached. The brackets for the screws that came along do not work. Need someone to fix these brackets properly.

Require someone with the tools and ladder to install the BRACKETS for curtain rods for 4 x windows in the house. There are 3 x brackets per window 2 of the windows are 2.8m wide.
