Need to fix a very simple curtain rod brackets on the wall. Brackets are plastic material. I do have 4 screws to fix them.

I need help installing some curtain rod brackets. My window and the placement of the blinds makes it a bit tricky. The blind roll is at the top of the window frame. I have brick walls so unsure how I can install the brackets. If you have advice on what bracket might work, I can buy it and then you can install!
