need help installing two sets of curtain rod brackets.

Skilled tradesman required to install brackets & curtain rods on 2 corner windows Window measurements are 46.5cm x 118cm & 50.5cm x 110cm Ceiling height is 2.65 metres so a ladder will be required 16mm rods will need to be cut to size. A fine blade metal hacksaw will be required

hollow wall anchor has been compromised where curtain bracket was suppose to sit. We need the hollow wall anchor removed (hole cut in wall) and wood place behind, wall fixed and new nails put in so that curtain bracket can sit in same spot

The far left side wall anchor for the curtain came off the wall.

I need three curtain rods hung, to replace some that are already in place. - To remove: 1 of the current ones is a runner for blinds, the other two are just rods with brackets - To hang: 3 brackets per rod, and the rods themselves, as well as curtain holders Must have own ladder and tools. The wall is concrete. The current brackets have come off the walls so new holes are needed Anytime before 130pm on Sunday 14th April please, can't be any later than that

SKIRTING - You will source, match, and supply skirting - Approx 10 metres of water-damaged skirting to be replaced (2 types) - Dispose of old skirting CURTAIN ROD - Reattach an Ikea curtain rod+holder that has fallen from the ceiling - Will need to be able to drill into concrete TOILETS - Fix 1 toilet seat (non-ensuite) - Supply and replace 1 push button on cistern (ensuite) BATHROOM - Supply and replace shower seal strip (ensuite) TRANSPORT - Move some remaining items (including a double mattress) to a nearby location (2km away) - It should all fit in 1 ute tray load Skirting, cistern button, and shower seal strip costs will be paid by me - please provide receipts. No cleaning required as there will be a deep clean after works are done. I would like someone who can complete this job ASAP in the next few days. Just wanting things done with minimal fuss and efficiency so someone with initiative and is resourceful would be great.
