Looking for someone experienced to install 2 floating shelves from Bunnings in our baby nursery. Shelves are already purchased and ready to install. We’d like them mounted securely, straight and level on the wall. Please bring your own drill, level/stud finder and any appropriate wall fixings required if the supplied fixings aren’t suitable. Located in Collaroy. Should be a relatively quick and straightforward job for someone experienced with wall mounting.

Door is stuck as roller has deteriorated

I need to have the roller wheels replaced or new wheel and bracket installed at the top of the door and the door reset onto the guide rail. The screen door itself is in good condition, no new mesh required.

Looking for several plumbers for quotes & hourly rates for general maintenance & after hours backup who can do some or most of the maintenance required for a block of 30 units spread out in 3 separate blocks & a long driveway with plenty of water, gas, sewerage, stormwater, HWS, needing plenty of repairs & replacements, from tap/cistern washers to major works. Currently need quotes on a Backflow Valve servicing & certificate, replacement & jetting of 65mm CI pipes, repairs to 4” sewer, possible reline sections, stormwater pits repairs/resealing etc. Will pay a nominal about for quotes for the serious contenders, eg. $20

I am looking to sound minimise a door between two rooms at home. My preferred solution is removal of the existing hollow core door and insertion of permanent soundcheck gyprock boards with a layer of sound insulation inbetween the boards and sound sealed. I am looking for quotes for supply and install for this work and to complete the job asap.

See pictures attached. Hopefully you can see from the first Pic, that the corner cupboard door is out of alignment and catching on the door next to it. I have unsuccessfully tried to fix it, making it worse. Someone who knows what they're doing can fix this in 5 minutes.

I have 4 electric blinds in my living room (2 sheer and blackout), which haven’t been working since they were reinstalled after some renovations. Brand: TUBE 35-RTT 6/28 EA The issue is that only 1 blind is working like it should. The other 3 are either not going down to the floor or not working. I can confirm that all the motors are working as I am able to jog all the motors by isolating each motor blind to each the remote. I can get each moving but I can’t reset the upper or lower limit or directions so they don’t all go all the way down.

Door chain was installed incorrectly and I need somebody to come and reinstall it.
