Posting it again as task expired but not possible to complete while we have all the rain. I have a chipped corner in outside cement sheeting which causes water leaks inside. I applied flashing and silicone but it didn't help. I spoke to a builder who suggests this cement sheet corner needs to be replaced and all the waterproofing applied. I need a skilled carpenter. As this is right on the corner it proves to be a tricky job and I'm prepared to pay extra.

Please refer to attached pics of my deck. The deck dimensions are 6800 (L) x 3800 (W). The deck needs to be prepared for ceramic tiling onto blueboard so that under deck storage is dry. This is what is required for this job: (1) punch down all lifted deck nails (refer pic). (2) lay Blueboard only on deck surface using silicon adhesive and blueboard sheet tacs, NOTE: The blueboard needs to be raised at house brick wall and laid with a small tilt towards wire balustrade to ensure water runoff (refer pic). You will need to supply blueboard. I will supply silicon adhesive and deck nails.

We need a total of 44.5m2 of James Hardie AXON cladding added to under our house. This includes enclosing underneath a deck area (See photos).
