I need a licensed electrician for 3 tasks in my converted garage (6m × 6m, 2.7m ceiling). There is a bedroom directly above, so vibration prevention is critical. TASK 1: Install new ceiling fan + WiFi module (Garage) Supplied by me: • Hunter Pacific Aqua V2 IP66 DC 70” (Matt Black) • Hunter Pacific WiFi Smart Module (v2 fans) Requirements: • Must mount into a ceiling joist OR install noggin/bracing • Power can be taken from the existing ceiling GPO/outlet used for the garage door opener (preferred) • Tighten everything fully and run test at speed 8–9 for 5–10 minutes • Confirm no wobble/rattle and minimal vibration transmitted upstairs • Confirm remote + WiFi both work TASK 2: Install 12 downlights + install dimmer (Garage) Supplied by me: • 12 x LED downlights • 1 x LED dimmer Requirements: • Remove the 2 existing tube lights • Install 12 downlights • Install the dimmer switch in place of the current standard ON/OFF tube-light switch • Ensure dimmer works smoothly (no flicker/buzz if possible) TASK 3: Earthing check for 4 existing fans (Quick test) There are 4 existing ceiling fans already installed and working (previous installer). Please perform a quick earth continuity / earthing verification for all 4 fans (should take ~5 minutes for each fan as they are working and functional).
