Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with! He’s a easygoing person who’s got it all under control, and mindful of trying to keep your place clean, or leave it in a clean manner afterwards. While trying to install our 2 ceiling fans, we ran into a concrete slab which usually would make it impossible to run the wiring. But Andrew went all in and managed to locate the conduit within the concrete slab. Didn’t need to put a cable tray!

Hi, I have a ceiling fan i need installed in my apartment. This fan has an integrated linght and will be installed in place of an existing light so wiring is already there. It's remote controlled so no need to install a fan control panel. the current light is mounted into concrete. The first image is the existing light with the shade on. the other 2 pictures are the existing fitting to be removed and replaced with the fan with the covering off. Combined light/ceiling fan was installed with no wall control, only remote control. Fan has begun randomly turning on. To avoid a potential electrical fault associated with this "always live" state, I want you to connect up a wall-mounted controller (Off L M H). This could be run with the light switch, but access is tight, so a separate cable down the cavity wall is acceptable.

Ceiling fan in the living room of my unit is not working, this is for both the built in light and the fan. It was like that when I’ve moved in so don’t know what it wrong.
