Install the 2 fan/lights as pictured. The ceilings currently only have light sockets so will need to fix a box. There is no ceiling access as there is a floor above us. I also need some more electrical work done in the near future which I will get you to quote for, including moving a couple of power points, installing a bathroom exhaust fan, and installing air con in 2 rooms
