Seeking a licensed electrician to help me: 1. Replace 3 x existing light fixtures with 3 x ceiling fans 2. Replace 3 x existing light switches with the 3 x fan wall controls Note: two of the lights are attached to smoke detectors so you will also need to ensure the smoke detectors remain functional after installing the fans and the wall controls. Sparky needed! I need a ceiling fan hardwired into one room in my house. Including the wall switch (not remote). It is the top level of a 2story townhouse with roof access. Unfortunately I don’t know what sort of cost to expect for this. Can you please advise the rate you would charge?

Hello! We’ve just had a newborn baby and have to sleep in seperate rooms some nights. The second room is too hot! Desperate to have the ceiling fan installed. DC ceiling fan, to be installed into ceiling, two access panels, there is a steel bar to anchor fan into and exisiting ceiling power from downlights in there.
