Find an experienced ceiling fan installation professional in NSW

I have an existing installed ceiling fan on my master bedroom which is not fast enough. I bought a new one from Aldi and need help in replacing existing one with new one

The ceiling fan has got a gap around the base plate (which has fallen a bit) and wabbles when on. It feels a bit unsafe and I think it needs to be patched (the gyprock/ plaster) and fan base secured again so it doesn't wabble.

I need this lightbulb replaced (pictured) but I’m not sure what type of bulb it takes. There is a Bunnings 5 mins drive from my house, if you need to grab one. You’ll need a ladder as the ceilings are quite high. Ideally to be done before Sunday.
