I can provided fans myself, or if you have advice on decent cheap fans, or recommendations, I'm living in community housing and have been told you would have to be a qualified electrician and supply a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical work at completion. Willing to negotiate on prices, depending on work needed and if I can afford all three. If not, I will just get one. Installed. Roof/ ceiling access available in unit.

Remove and replace 2 x ceiling fans in living room. Take the silver fan from living room and install into bedroom removing old existing fan in that room. So total of 3 x ceiling fans 1 being reused in bedroom and installing 2 new fans in living room. Change 5 x light bulb fittings to new supplied oyster light fittings. Looking for an experienced plasterer/gyprocker to complete a small repair in the ceiling around a recently installed ceiling fan in our master bedroom. As shown in the photo, there is a rectangular section of plasterboard around the ceiling fan which was cut to install a support beam for the fan. The job is to: * Patch/reinstate the plasterboard around the ceiling fan * Tape/set/plaster as required * Sand smooth and flush with the existing ceiling * Leave the repaired area ready for us to prime and paint ourselves * Protect the bedroom/flooring from dust and clean up afterwards Ceiling height is approximately 3.9 metres, so you’ll need to provide your own suitable high ladder/platform/access equipment.
