Front entry door — alignment + latch not catching The door has dropped/shifted and no longer aligns with the frame, so the knob latch and deadbolt don't line up with the strike plates. It isn't locking or latching properly. Hello, I need one length of cornice installed my bathroom today, it’s approx 2m long. I can provide cornice cement and I can paint it myself. You would need to supply the actual cornice as I’ve had a go at doing this myself and butchered the existing cornice. I need this done urgently as I have sold this house and need to have this repaired before settlement tomorrow (Wednesday). Note I believe this is a 75mm cornice which is out of stock at my local Bunnings. This is a pretty small job good for a handy person or plasterer.
