The roller door is perforated which allows dust and dirt to enter the unit. I would like a solid roller door, maybe adding a cover or similar to the exisiting, I would also like the gap between the top of the roller door and the ceiling sealed and potentially the gap between the bottom of the roller door and the ground.

I’m very flexible as it’s not been used but I need to get it back to a an acceptable state for rego and to remain in tact for years ahead. Inspection is available if you’d prefer.
