Looking for a handyman to help with a few jobs- fixing some floating floorboards that are loose and coming away (I think someone has fixed previously by removing the skirting, and tightening 2 toilet roll holders and 2 door knobs. Pictures included. Paying $60 per hour for as long as it takes (estimate 3 hours).

I have purchased 4x roller blinds that I would like installed to 4 windows of a flat. They are already cut to size so just need install brackets and blinds.

A balcony roof has a waterproof membrane above, which has failed over many years. In times of heavy rain, it leaks. The membrane needs to re replaced or Colourbond installed over it. Thereafter, the ceiling board requires repairing (from leaking) and repainting.
