We are looking for help to install an attic door with ladder. This would involve making the hole, installing the door/ladder, and doing the finishings on the ceiling so it looks nice. My Attic Ladder has slipped down due to loose bolts/fastener/washer. You can see the bolt and the bracket on the wooden ladder that connects to the ceiling panel.
