Need 3 x A2 frames hung on a wall

I need to hang 4 lack shelves, 2x 180 and 2x120. Walls are brick. Install 4x Freedom cieling tracks for curtains. I will hang the curtains myself.

Our King Living recliner chair (part of a modular couch) has gotten stuck in the reclined position. It appears to be a wiring connection issue as we can hear the “click” when we press the button. Someone with electric recliner experience needed.

Our gas log fire makes an at times loud noise when the fan is on. I think it needs lubricants or replacing or some general maintenance. I couldn’t attach a Video but can send separately(the fan is pretty ok in the video - it’s often louder)

Our open fireplace is creating a musty sulfury smell when it’s lit after burning for 30 mins or so. We’ve had it cleaned and inspected and no improvement. There are photos of two holes that exist either side of the firebox leading to the chimney which could be causing it, or there may be other issues. It’s an older chimney / house (80 yrs) and the fires wasn’t used for the last 20 yrs. Need someone to diagnose exactly what’s going on and fix it.

I want to remove this toilet paper holder and repair the wall neatly. I can paint the area later. Thanks

Needing the following jobs done: - Installing 1 x new toilet seat (seat provided) - Securing/drilling a coat rack into the wall - Securing/drilling a small metal cupboard/locker into the wall (wall has some skirting and so might need something to drill into if there’s a gap) Pictures of all three items attached.

Bifold door is sticking on upper frame corner. Another door in the house is rubbing bottom part. Another door lock is very stiff and door may need realigned.

the wash basin plunger is firmly stuck and cannot be pushed to drain the wash water still in it.! It probably screwed on and locked it down too tightly and the spring mechanism cannot plunger up again. Need plumber to come fix that on monday as now the basin is unusable. Not ashburton. Location is Glen Iris. Remove 2 internal doors, keeping hardware. Demolish very basic wardrobe in hall (cleats), remove bedroom wardrobe doors and demo 1 shelf. Carefully remove kitchen cabinet doors to prep for painting. Send me some measurements.
