Tasks include: • Drill and install 3 screws into rendered brick for picture mounting • Anchor one bookshelf to rendered brick (shelf already assembled) • Anchor one TV mount to timber Details: • Walls: rendered brick and timber mantle • All fixings, wall anchors, and TV anchor are supplied • No electrical work needed • Located in Glen Iris, VIC Please bring your own tools (hammer drill, level, stud finder, etc.). Looking for someone with experience drilling into rendered brick

We have just had the house painted and all of the door handles are being replaced. Holes already there.

Cracks on the ceiling and internal walls need to be repaired by an experienced plasterer.

Minor repair of a screw/rivet that has come off on the second floor “fascia” panel. One of the blades has come loose. It just needs a new rivot to hold it back in place. The panel is approx 6-7m from the ground and will require someone with a long ladder/ok working at heights to fix it back in place.

Current kitchen sink mixer faulty . Needs to be removed and replaced with new tap. (Already purchased). Will be a quick job for experienced plumber.
