The porch ceiling has a gap that needs replacing and painting. The task is not an easy patch up as there is a lot of water damage and the timber in the balcony has started to rot. The gyprock is bowed and replacing it without replacing the timber framing won’t hold so it’s not a simple patch up job. In saying that, it’s not a large area.
Great communication and get me up to speed the whole time.

Hi, We have a number of Yukkas that need the dead leaves removed from them for a freshen up. There are 18 main stems (trunks) across the 6 main group shown in the photos. You will need a tall ladder to reach the top of many. My guess is that the top of the brown leaves may 3-4 metres off the ground (see photos).
