Find an experienced handyman in Annandale

In need of a plasterer to fill some holes and smooth out some areas of my internal gyprock wall. This was due to a leak I had and I did an emergency repair that now needs a professional. Will pay $50 per hour plus materials at the end, anymore than the 3 hour job allocation will be added at the end at the hourly rate.

Need to replace 10-12 floorboards that were damaged from a leak. I have the floorboards on order already and they are floating engineered floorboards. Will also need a new skirting board (18mm by 6m). Additional work to be part of the job please. Plaster some holes (3-4) on the gyprock wall as the water caused damage and the wall is now a bit patchy. Sand a wood table I have to get scratches out (1.5m by 80cm). I will pay an extra $100 at the end of the job if all rubbish can be removed.

I have purchased a second hand kitchen and need assistance removing it from the house. Preferred if you have your own tools so we both can get unscrewing and assist with loading onto my teailer

Tiler needed for a set / installation white tube tiles and black grout will be provided approx 3 hours work from 9 am - 1pm / 4m X 1.5 high wall / can explain over phone but budget is fixed and MUST be able to achieve the above or have experience as a tiler

I am unable to get the left, screw off my toilet seat to unscrew it from the toilet… It is really jammed in there. Does anyone have the skills to unscrew it? The thread of the screw is worn quite bad by trying to unscrew it. I tried WD-40 and it didn’t work. Let me know if you can help.
