In our bathroom, the ceiling fan has never worked since we moved in. Also, the heater elements in the second exhaust unit always burn out. Recently, the fan in the second exhaust unit has also stopped working. Just looking for someone to come and replace both units and ensure they are working correctly. I have replacement units bought from Bunnings.

Fireplace is 20 years old. Not working. Ignition system needs a look at. Maybe replaced. Better still ignition upgraded to a solution that works. Use is one day a year !my frustration is that I have had maintenance yearly and it seems to last a few days. I expect that ignition system was made complicated by manufacturer to promote safety. Maintenance on bifold sliding aluminium/glass doors. They all work. However some=~ “latches” need some help as they are getting stuck; door panel rubbing requiring me to lift four to shut etc. After 20 years, maybe bifold doors panels are no longer balanced or Aligned or weight has stretched something ? Will post at $5 to get conversation going. Might be 10 bifold doors. Nothing really bad but they need some attention. No rush for me as they are working well enough.
