I have a sliding door to my balcony which is quite old. The rollers underneath the door have deteriorated and need to be replaced. The door can be lifted off the railing to be repaired.

We have cut a couple of walls in a small bedroom which is 3mx4m and out in a few raked pockets. Need the new parts gyprocked, will need furring channel on one part as ceiling rafters are not even. I would also like to remove existing cornice and square set. The photos were taken whilst builder was still here so now it’s finished. I put in small budget as I don’t know how much this work will cost and would like quotes.

I need someone to install a wall mounted clothes dryer. Dryer is Fisher & Paykel DE7060P2. See installation manual below. The previous dryer has already been removed. What needs to be done: 1. Install the hanging hooks and mounting hardware on the dryer. 2. Mount the dryer securely on the wall. Removing old dryer hooks. 3. Connect the dryer vent to the existing wall vent duct. 4. Check the dryer runs properly. In our bathroom, the ceiling fan has never worked since we moved in. Also, the heater elements in the second exhaust unit always burn out. Recently, the fan in the second exhaust unit has also stopped working. Just looking for someone to come and replace both units and ensure they are working correctly. I have replacement units bought from Bunnings.

I have two tasks that need doing, one is a heavy lifting job - moving a clothes dryer to stack on top of the washing machine. The other is to drill some brackets into a cupboard so I can hang shelves, I have all the equipment for this.
