i have two stainless steel bolts that i meed installed onto each side of the gate. one side of the gate already has a plate on it to mount one lock too. the other side does not. you will also need to supply and install (weld) a new mounting plate onto the other side of the gate. please provide quote to do the whole job. the gate is steel.

In April 2024 we had our gate motor replaced by some Cowboys online, the new motor has given us nothing but issues including: - stopping at the end of the opening and requiring many presses of the button to get there - randomly just not working for periods and then working again Task is for someone who knows these types of motors to consult on best approach eg fix or replace . Believe it is a Richmond gtr 165 Keen for someone to come look!

After a handyman to help with two tasks! 1. We’ve bought a Yale SL smart loco for the front door but unfortunately have an oval bore instead of the circular one this is fitted for. Hoping to get someone who can saw the bore to an appropriate size to install it! 2. Our front gate has been wonky on its hinges since we got the property - over time the top hinge has loosened and now the door need to be lifted and slammed just to get it open/closed. The posts are metal so we’re unable to redrill the hinge in ourself. Hoping for some help with this! Quite flexible with the timing, so please let us know if you can give us a hand with either task!

Our gate isn’t closing properly, I think it needs a new piece of wood and nails to hold it in place.

I need help with some paintwork on a shared fence and metal gate. I recently spray-painted one side of a wooden fence, but unfortunately, some paint has seeped through to the other side. Additionally, there’s paint splashed onto a nearby metal gate. Scope of work: Touch up or repaint the affected side of the fence (see photos for reference). Assess and fix the overspray/splatter on the metal gate (not sure what’s needed here – open to advice). I can provide the paint – just need someone with the tools, skills, and care to get the job done properly. The fence is 14m long

I need a gate to be installed on a new timber fence installed. I have pictured the gate to be installed, the location of the gate to be installed, and how the gate was installed prior to the new fence going up. I have the hinges and screws for the gate.

The front gates of our driveway are not closing properly. One does not close as it should and so it is sticking out into the driveway. When it does close it closes before not after the other gate and so I need to use the manual override to get the gates open.

Install approx 10m of electrical cable from house to new front gate. I will dig the trench to require depth (600mm). Task involves working with gate installer to figure out exact location where power needs to be provided to ensure proper working of the gate. Must supply all materials.
