Two gates need repairing, currently mot self closing and one gate not in alignment .dates flexible but need done by Wednesday next week. One gate will need to be fully installed , picking new panel up today . - Due date: Before Friday, 9 February 2024

I have an aluminium slatted gate 1800 x 1000 approx. Needs to be installed between the side of the house and the boundary wall. I also have the 2 posts for mounting. The posts still need mounting holes drilled. 1) Install 2 posts 2) Mount gate to post with hinges provided 3) Install latch on other post. The boundary wall is fibre cement sheeting and will need a spacer at the top mount as it's not 100% vertical. The hinges and latch come as a kit so have all screws etc, but other hardware eg wall anchors need to be supplied. - Due date: Flexible

Main Wrought iron gate has a rusted hinge which is leading to misalignment. Also the key mechanism is missing. An additional gate simply needs one hinge to be welded

(5) tether for three sets of drawers (tether to the wall for safety) (6) TBC: may need additional hooks for 3-5 smaller paintings / photos that are not yet ready to hang and coat hooks by the front door We may need to install 4, 5 and/or 6 on a separate occasion (e.g. depending on whether we can purchase the gates in time).
