Licensed plumber required Decommission/remove gas outlet, close off and put beneath floor. Close off pipe which has been accidentally cut and runs from the mains (pipe is black plastic) Located in Balgowlah.

The defect noted on the certificate is: "Earth stake & weep holes in exclusion zone". Scope of work: Relocate/extend the gas regulator vent line or pipework to ensure it is clear of the electrical earth stake and building weep holes (per AS/NZS 5601.1 standards). Perform a pressure/leak test upon completion. Issue a formal Certificate of Compliance and a Leak Test Certificate as required by Jemena.
