We are renovating a retro caravan and are looking for an experienced caravan plumber/gas fitter to assist with the plumbing and gas fit-out. We are essentially starting from scratch and need someone who understands caravan systems and can help plan and install the pipework and connections properly. Scope of work includes: Plan and install the fresh water plumbing Install hot and cold water lines throughout the caravan Install plumbing to the kitchen, bathroom/shower and other water outlets Connect an integrated caravan hot water system Install waste/drainage plumbing Install and connect the gas lines for the caravan Gas connections to appliances as required Assist with positioning and routing pipes/lines to suit the caravan layout Pressure testing and commissioning Advise on appropriate caravan-rated fittings, pipework and components We have some of the equipment/components already purchased and on site and would like someone who can work with us on the final layout and installation. Looking for a licensed gas fitter/plumber to urgently attend a residential property in Coniston, NSW. A gas leak test has been carried out at the property, and the installation failed the test and was deemed unsafe due to a “gas escape on outlet pipework.” The gas supply was disconnected on 28/08/2026, and the tenant currently has no hot water. We require someone to: - Attend and locate the exact source of the gas leak. - Confirm what has caused the leak and whether the issue is within the property's pipework. - Advise exactly what repairs are required to make the installation safe. - Provide the cost of the required repairs before proceeding with any substantial additional works. - Complete the repairs once approved. - Pressure/leak test the installation following the repair. - Provide the required Certificate of Compliance upon completion. - Provide a written report at the completion of the job detailing the fault identified, cause of the leak, repairs undertaken, testing completed and confirmation that the gas installation has been repaired and left compliant with the applicable NSW legislation, regulations and gas safety requirements. We have the gas disconnection notice available and can provide this to the assigned Tasker. Must be appropriately licensed and insured to undertake gas fitting work in NSW.
