Gas fire place is plumbed into natural gas. Has an electric on/off switch. When fire pit is turned on, flames will emerge as per normal for about 2 seconds and then self-extinguishes. it will not stay lit. suspect it is the thermocouple.

Safely and professionally. Must be certified/qualified. Scope of Works – Disconnections for Disposal 1. Safely disconnect and isolate the oven to allow for disposal. 2. Safely disconnect and isolate the gas cooktop to allow for disposal. 3. Disconnect and cap off the kitchen sink taps as required for removal. 4. Disconnect and cap off both bathroom sink taps to enable disposal of the cabinets.

I’ve inherited some fairly poor sub floor gas plumbing and ventilation in a house I’ve recently purchased. I need the gas piping to be re-routed so it’s neat and tidy and properly fixed to the wall and the joists. There are also some old pipes that need removing. Also the ventilation ducts are held up with wire and totally in the wrong place and need neatening up and properly fixed.
