I need someone to visit twice to check and perform basic maintenance on my two fish tanks while I am on holiday. Approximate dates for the visits are 19 and 26 October. The tasker would also need to visit prior to 12 October for orientation (so three visits in total).The first tank is a balcony goldfish pond (in a fibreglass pot of 1 metre diameter) with an Oase pond filter. The second tank is a regular 4 foot glass aquarium with an Oase biomaster filter. We have a very overgrown hedge which needs trimming. We don’t want the hedge to be completely bare so it may need to be done in stages. Looking for a gardener to take care of several jobs at our property in Elsternwick. Job involves: - Back garden hedge trim (photo 4): Large established hedge running along the rear fence line. Currently overgrown, needs to be shaped to a tidy even height along the full length. - Driveway/side hedge trim (photos 1 and 2): Tall screening hedge near the deck and driveway area. Needs to be tidied up and shaped. - Crepe myrtle pruning (photo 4): Large mature crepe myrtle in the front garden. Needs a proper structural prune to thin out the canopy, remove dead and crossing branches, and bring it back to a manageable shape. Looking for someone who knows how to prune crepe myrtles properly. Important requirements: - Please bring all your own equipment - All green waste, clippings, leaves and debris must be collected and removed from site by you. I do not have a green bin large enough to handle this volume, so please factor disposal into your quote. - Site to be left clean and tidy at the end of the job. This includes sweeping/blowing down the lawn, deck, driveway and paved areas so there are no clippings or leaves left behind. Photos attached show the current state of each area.
