Initial garden tidy-up including lawn mowing, weeding, edging and hedge/tree trimming. Small front yard and very small backyard, plus a small side area, driveway edge and nature strip. If suitable, I’d be interested in ongoing maintenance every 8–10 weeks, mainly mowing, weeding, edging and general tidy-up. Hedge/tree trimming would only be needed occasionally, around once or twice a year. I may also be interested in adding a few low-maintenance plants or pots later on, so happy to discuss any simple garden improvement ideas as well. Please provide a fixed quote for the initial job and an approximate ongoing price per visit.

General scope: Aggressive pruning of all plants/hedges Weeding and raking of leaves in garden beds and paths (spray weed kill on paths) Nature strip maintenance Happy for quite aggressive work as I am looking for a low maintenance garden. Monthly pool cleaning. Balancing of chemicals and clearing of filter

I need someone to visit twice to check and perform basic maintenance on my two fish tanks while I am on holiday. Approximate dates for the visits are 19 and 26 October. The tasker would also need to visit prior to 12 October for orientation (so three visits in total). The first tank is a balcony goldfish pond (in a fibreglass pot of 1 metre diameter) with an Oase pond filter. Tasks required are to clean the filter, top up the water with a hose, and check and if necessary fill the auto feeder. Cleaning of the pot itself and plant maintenance is NOT required. The second tank is a regular 4 foot glass aquarium with an Oase biomaster filter. Tasks required for this tank are to clean the glass, top up the water using a bucket, and check and if necessary fill the auto feeder. Plant maintenance is NOT required. On the second visit (around 26 October) cleaning the prefilter (prefilter only, not the full filter) would be desirable but this would be negotiable and dependent on the tasker’s previous experience with cleaning Oase Biomaster filters. Note that I only do water top ups on both tanks (no water changes as such) so siphoning of water is NOT required. All equipment and food will be provided.

⸻ Looking for a reliable gardener for monthly maintenance at my home in Malvern East. The garden is already established and I want someone to keep it neat and tidy throughout the year. Regular tasks include: * Mow front nature strip, front lawn and backyard * Edge lawns * Blow/vacuum leaves from paths and garden beds * Weed garden beds as required * General tidy up * Light hedge trimming to maintain shape (not major reductions) * Remove green waste (preferred) Property includes: * Small front garden * Front nature strip * Backyard lawn with established hedges * Side path * Driveway tree requiring occasional light pruning I’m looking for someone long-term who takes pride in their work. Budget: * $120 per monthly visit * Please only respond if you’re happy with this budget. * If extra work is ever required (e.g. major hedge reductions or landscaping), I’m happy to discuss this separately. Please tell me: * Your experience * What’s included in your monthly service * Whether you bring your own equipment * Whether green waste removal is included ⸻ I’d also attach the backyard, side path, and front driveway/tree photos (skip the invoice screenshot). One suggestion: set the AirTasker budget to $100. People can still offer $110–120, but starting at $100 tends to attract more responses while keeping you within your maximum budget of $120. Hi, we are looking for a reliable cleaner for Friday the 15th at 9:00am–11:00/11:30am. We clean this home weekly ourselves, so it is only a general maintenance clean — the home is not “dirty”, just normal upkeep for a family of 4 with 1 dog. Tasks include: • Vacuum and mop all floors/surfaces • Empty all rubbish bins Bathrooms (2x): • Clean/wipe 1x shower • Clean 2x toilets • Clean 2x hand basins • Clean 2x mirrors • Wipe down products and leave bathrooms looking tidy Kitchen: • Wipe exterior cupboards • Clean sink and polish tapware • Empty dishwasher and put dishes away • Refill dishwasher with any dishes if needed • Wipe down table and surfaces Living room: • Wipe down surfaces • Vacuum 3x bedrooms: • Vacuum • Empty any rubbish • Dust surfaces Please bring your own cleaning products and equipment. The home does have a vacuum available if needed. We also kindly ask if you could please send photos once the clean has been completed. Sorry for the long message and too much information — we have unfortunately had a bad experience in the past when hiring a cleaner through Airtasker, and were disappointed with the lack of attention to detail, care, and common sense with the clean. We would really appreciate someone who is happy to complete everything listed, is caring and mindful, thorough, and takes pride in their work. Thank you very much, we look forward to working with you 🙂
