All tiled areas will remain. I would like to replace all of the skirting boards throughout the house (existing will be removed by painters): I have roughly calculated at 160m. Note there are two curved walls bounding a stair and 4 x columns on the ground floor. We are proposing 135mm high SK23 from intrim moulding.
