Approximatly 105m2 m2 of floor which requires sanding and polishing and 14 stair treads. Requires waterbased polyurethane Matt finish on the floor and Anti slip coat will be final coat on the steps. Requires somebody that is experienced and has previous projects they can provide with references. The house is vacant and clear for the works. Bay window currently has chipboard and needs to be replaced with matching floor boards. Staples in underside of stairs need removing. Possibility of a few staples or nails to be removed from floor but most should be removed now. Move and replace furniture before and after job to adjoining areas. Put throw covers over benches/kitchen items and bookshelf to prevent dust damage. Clean up and dispose offsite of any rubbish resulting.
